Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house
Not a creature was moving, only the Mac and the mouse,
When suddenly a cry full of air
As the alarm has detected a hair.
I ran to the keyboard, push down on the code
Waiting tempers of good neighborliness would explode.
The phone rang and told the guard that was good
When most of the roof there was a loud groan,
After four beeps, a grunt, a groan and a sigh
And a deep voice bellowed from above:
"Things have come to an interesting situation, I have to say,
When the Elves of installing car alarms right on my sled! "
He was dressed for the South Florida market, with trouser shorts and a T-shirt
With the logo of Lauderdale-down-by-the-sea.
Brakes screeched like a wheeled sled got stuck in the ditch
And Rodolfo helmet crashed a shot of hurricanes.
"I'm glad you fell into" what he meant,
But thoughts of a policy of homeowners got on the road.
They do not cover the wheels for sled, or holy, or deer,
So would soon be in debt This Christmas holiday.
"Having a drink?" I offered to get faster,
But this guy was clearly moochng the teacher.
"Soda? For children, give me a beer.
Molsons preferred, but Crown to do. "
"Wow, Santa" I said, like the eyes of his big sack,
"I still have twelve boxes left to unpack.
Instead of a gift this year, perhaps his elves
Can you help me set up my lamp and my library?
And take this big table and hang all those prints – "
But suddenly I saw a Santa wince.
"I have a long way," he said with a frown,
"And the elves of the Union says they have to take
Their tools after midnight, or traveling alone
And call for repairs on my cell phone.
A mechanic on vacation? I I do magic
And delaying these gifts to good children, it would be tragic. "
The last sip of beer, a quick wave of the hand
And Santa was heading away from my homeland.
The sled was still on the roof, so I cried,
"Take special care when going up by the side!
These screens are secure, and have small wires
To sound a burglar alarm and fire – "
Too late! A boot crash and the sirens began to
And 'twas back to the keyboard before they could scan
My sensors again twice in one night
It would give any alarm system to cause a scare.
Gift Santa will be forgiven when I wake in the morning Christmas
So I will take some time to issue a new warning:
"No Trespassing: Elves and holy, be careful!
All visitors must offer to do home repairs! "
