u can put a king-size mattress on top of a box springs queen size and bars?
I just bought a one bedroom suite, and the header is a queen size bed, but I want to upgrade to a king size bed, but keep the header. is possilbe to put a king-size mattress on the top of a queen size box spring and still use the rails and headboard queen? think I could, and have only a few inches of mattress king hanging all around the bed, but could remain in operation? Has anyone tried this before?
you can try something we did for a full size with same scenario. put against the curved wall and added a sheet of plywood against the side wall and so you do not roll on one side and make sure you have a real long quilt or blanket to cover the sides. good luck.
